Transportation - Victoria

Tangle Island Victoria is held at the McTavish Academy of Art.  You can find more information about its location and offerings at their website https://mctavishacademy.ca/. The McTavish Academy of Art is a short taxi ride from the both the Ferry and the Airport.

Retreat attendees are expected to provide for and arrange their own transportation.  The links below direct you to helpful sites with maps and specific directions for driving, flying and using the ferry.

Flights

There are several airports on Vancouver Island; Victoria International Airport.

Ferries

You may take a ferry to get to Vancouver Island.  Check out BC Ferries for schedule and fares.

Roads

Do you need a ride?

After you register for the Tangle Island Workshop you will be given access to the TI 2019 Facebook page.  Post your ride needs there and someone may be able to assist with a ride or your transportation questions.
